Returns

You may request a return within 14 of placing your order or 3 Days of receiving your order

To initiate a return, please email us at support@aunetworks.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Important:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used teeth whitening strips cannot be returned. Only unopened, unused products are eligible.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@aunetworks.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
