PAP (Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid) is the whitening ingredient in our strips. It works by oxidising the compounds that cause surface stains. It's a peroxide-free alternative that's become one of the most popular whitening ingredients on the market. Our formula also includes hydroxyapatite, a mineral naturally found in teeth, and potassium citrate.

1. Peel & Apply: Gently press the strip onto clean, dry teeth.

2. Wait 30-60 Minutes: Leave the strips on while you go about your day.

3. Remove & Rinse: Discard the strip and rinse any residue.

4. Repeat: Use once daily. Most people use them for 7 consecutive days, then as needed for maintenance.
